We are heavily influenced by the Scandinavian palate which gives life to our rather unique product style. Perhaps you might like to explore it a little with us.
Nordic Spice is a long established Swedish company based outside Eskilstuna in Sweden. Our range covers all the herbs, spices, seasonings, blends & speciality sauces e.g. finish whiskey or honey BBQ.
Of note is our commitment to high standards. Part of the company mantra is that we do NOT sell the sweepings off the spice floor no matter how cheap, we just don’t do it. Like good wines there is always value for the trained eye, this is where we like to position ourselves. We offer good value for what we sell so that the customer will stay loyal.
Our Fctory
Our main producrion facility moved from Sweden to a state of the art facility near Alicante Spain. Here we can do wet, dry, cold & hot seasonings, marinades & sauces. The local corporate name is Quality Spices SL.
Production
This facility prides itself in working to the highest standards. It currently holds a valid food safety system certification 22000:2011 which also includes ISO 22000:2005,
ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and FSSC 22000
The current certificate number is ESO79838-1 and is available for inspection on request.
Research an development is mainly based in Sweden but is now augmented by a state of the art laboratory located on site in Spain. As well as providing enhanced capacity to develop new products the safety controls are of the highest order. we export to Norway, Finland, Baltics, Germany, Denmark, Spain & Ireland.
Sectors we cover are retail, restaurant, wholesale & industrial food. In Ireland we are mainly focused on the fast-food wholesale sector e.g. southern fried chicken spices.
